This is a petition to get rid of "The Unreal Variety Show", a public access TV show
that is aired on Sacc-TV Channel 16 in Schen. and Time Warner Cable in Albany for Channel 18 Public Access that is hosted
by "The Legend" Rayford Faulkner.
If you agree that the "Unreal Variety Show" should be gone for good, sign this petition.
Rayford Faulkner is an insane, sick and twisted man who is mentally ill, he wears a plastic bag on his head. He calls
himself "The Legend", he thinks he's bigger than everyone, he sees it as no joke, he really does see himself as the Legend.
Rayford Faulkner is a verbally abusive and harrasing man who all he mostly does is bash people on his show.
If
you agree that the "Unreal Variety Show" should be banned and off our TV completely, then sign this petition. If we get enough
replies, I will forward this petition to the mayors of Schenectady and Albany, N.Y. to do something about this show and the
TV stations that air it.
Rayford Faulkner bashing people on a public TV show is illegal and the laws need to be enforced.
We in the Capital District area pay good money for our cable televisions and we shouldn't have to spend it on such
garbage as the "Unreal Variety Show". Rayford Faulkner needs to learn some lessons and suffer the consequences. Lets get rid
of this pathetic TV show that we don't need on our TV screens.
The cities of Schenectady and Albany are both good
cities that do not need to be disgraced by Rayford Faulkner. We need to let the mayors of Schen. and Albany know that Rayford
Faulkner is putting them cities more harm. We can not have this here. I hope the mayors of those two great cities will
come to the attention of "The Legend" Rayford Faulkner, to do something about this man.
Rayford Faulkner responds to my “Unreal Variety Show” petition. I will have a video response to this soon of
my own. He said a lot of things I disagree with. Rayford thinks he’s going to win this feud, when everybody knows that
I’m going to win all the way. I will do everything in my power to get rid of the “Unreal Variety Show” even
if the petition isn’t going to work. The petition was just the beggining. The petition was only to grab Rayford’s
attention that I’m getting after him.
I’m not giving up. This is a free country, Rayford says the constitution gives him the right to do what he wants?
Well that gives me the right to do this. He has no right to tell me what to do. See how manipulative the asshole is? I
ain’t backing down. I’m am not afraid of Rayford Faulkner although I do find it a bit humorous that he is obsessed
with me for some reason. Protesting against the “Unreal Variety Show” will be more than just the computer, I have
plans in confronting the two TV stations in person as well.

Rayford thinks he can hide behind freedom of speech. I’m all for Freedom of Speech and the 1st amendment, ’cause

But there are still rights and wrongs when speaking your mind on things. Rayford clearly never got a high school education,

Yep, I tried to debate things with him, and clear the air with things, but he just doesn’t stop no matter how long

I think Kev Brock has
some serious issues. For one, he is almost 30 years old and to this point, not only does his mother still wipe his ass when
he poops, but he has NEVER EVER been laid. (not including his left hand or latex pocket ass). He
is a blatant waste of DNA and he could probably be the poster boy for reasons why you should take your birth control pills
after anal sex. I know Kev will be reading this, because he can't seem to stay away from blogs that mention him and he brings
up dirt about people that really don't don't give two shits if he lives or dies, but he will read this regardless, tell all
his friends, and posse of Brock loving hillbillies will come out of the woodwork like the forrest scenes from deliverance.
But
that's ok. I don't blame the hillbillies. God knows thats how Kev's conception really happened. We all know his parents are
brother and sister. But what confuses me the most is how the canine semen was involved in said conception.

Kev is a virgin. For those of you who have been fucking hot chicks so long that forgot what it was, this means Kev has NEVER
EVER been laid. I think I mentioned this before, but I tend to ramble alot like members of the Brock clan.

So the “Unreal Variety Show” is back on Public Access Channel 18, it’s on at the usual time Thursdays
at 10 p.m. It’s been off the air for a long long while, a bit of a hiatus off Channel 18, why? Rayford says the
shows been suspended and he’s going to explain why in the next new episode he will air soon. My guess is that it has
something to do when Rayford Faulkner was giving praises to the Virginia Tech gunman from that controversy in the news from
last year.
Why would Channel 18 bring the show back when they know deep down inside that man is bad news with a Capital B?
Public Access Time Warner cable is no big channel for Time Warner, all it is just Public Access. Everyone knows that Public
Access Channel 18 is just an advertisement channel with jazz music playing over it. I don’t think anyone would waste
time watching that all day. If you do watch an advertisement channel, then you gotta be a pathetic loser. So in
order for Public Access to get people to tune into those advertisements, that’s why they allow anyone to air their own
TV shows to bring in viewers.
Yes, Public Access Channel 18 do air other amatuer shows by regular people like you other than Rayford’s “The
Unreal Variety Show”. Local NY comedian Howard Plum has his own show on there too, Howard Plum is kind of crazy and
funny but at least he stays on the positive side, not being a negative manipulative asshole like The Legend. And there are
several other shows that Channel 18 airs, I don’t know the other ones.
The only reason I think that Channel 18 keeps bringing the show back is because they know The Legend brings in viewers,
and the Legend probably pays the station a lot of money to keep the show on the air. See how he manipulates and controls things?
Shit, I don’t even know why I keep calling him the Legend when he is no damn Legend at all.
I wish someone out there would sue the man’s ass or perhaps even better, sue the TV station itself if they keep this
shit up, let the Legend air episodes where he talks trash about people.
Don’t give me this freedom of speech bullshit. There is no freedom of speech. You gotta know the rights and wrongs
when you speak your mind on things.
“The Unreal Variety Show” needs to be dead and gone. Some of the stuff he does on the TV show is okay, entertaining
and exceptionally good, but most of the times he is verbally abusive to many people out there other than myself. Watch his
youtube videos for evidence on that.
I got the man on notice, I have been for the past year or so. If some of you out there actually think he is a good person
with heart, you need to face reality that he is a nobody. He is only using you because he likes how you promote him and his
TV show. You need to think about why he has other people run his youtube account and his myspace.
If he hates this area so much and hates everything around him that he says on his TV show, then why don’t he leave?
He don’t need to be here. From the looks of things, it looks like he has nothing here but his own little fantasy world
that he calls a TV show.
I don’t see why people enjoy him when there are better things in life, than this Rayford guy with the plastic bag
on his head. You got a life, you got family, you got a good job, and good things around you, it’s best that you pay
more attention to those things instead of paying attention to a loser like that plastic bag man who doesn’t have a life.
There are better things to support.

Great Post, Kev!! It’s great to see you defending free speech! That’s what I love about your posts, you tell
it like it is. People like to say you don’t have the right to say the things you do but it’s awesome to see you
come to the defense of this Legend character after what he’s allegedy done to you. Shows you are a better man and that
you put your money where your mouth is!!
If no one else is going to do whatever it takes to bring Rayford down, then I will. Even if it means battling in the court
room with him and Channel 16/Channel 18 both if that’ll help get rid of “The Unreal Variety Show” the hard
way.
Like I said, I got the man on notice and keeping a close on eye on everything he does online and on his TV show. Everytime
he does something that pisses a lot of people off, I’ll do something about it. I’m not doing this just for myself,
I don’t think anybody needs to be bothered by Rayford Faulkner.
He needs to suffer consequences and learn that he can’t do and say whatever he pleases around here. It’s time
to teach Rayford some lessons.
This Rayford guy sounds like a real obsessive wacko, maybe even a little “tetched” or “slow” if
you know what I mean, so what’s his beef? I’m with Tracey 100% for sure, I support you for standing up for Rayford’s

Well, I’m not defending Rayford’s freedom of speech. He’s just needs to learn that he can’t be
going on a public TV show talking trash about people. What he does is slander and defamation. Also harrasment and bullying.
As far as what his beef with me is, I have no idea. I haven’t figured that out yet. And I personally don’t
care what his beef with me is. I’ve done nothing but been nice to him in the past and I “used” to be a fan
of his. I’ve had him perform on a few shows when I used to play at Valentine’s. That’s when it all started.
He’s just a big drama queen, that’s all he is really. If things don’t go his way or don’t get what
he wants, he’ll whine about it on his TV show. He’s like that with everyone that messes with him.
Anybody in this area can be a Rayford Faulkner victim. If you become a friend or a fan of his, he doesn’t get what
he wants, he’ll whine about it non stop on his show.
He’s nice and friendly to people only when he wants to be. His fans and friends shouldn’t trust him.
The Unreal Variety Show will be done. I can gauruntee you that.
I’m watching the Unreal Variety Show right now as I’m typing this. It’s a new episode.
Rayford just briefly talked trash about me “again!”. He also bashed the owner of the RKSTAR website, Dan Goodspeed.
It’s time to take action and destroy The Unreal Variety Show. He’s finished. He’s going down. My mission
to get rid of the Unreal Variety Show for good and I ain’t backing down until the show is gone.
What he said about me today, Rayford’s been calling me the usual names he says on TV, he calls me names like a “leech”
and “parasite”, and “imbecile”, blah blah blah blah.
He also says I make a name for myself in the local media by bashing people on the internet. LOL!!!! It’s not true.
And once again, he is a hypocrite and shouldn’t be saying things like that when he does the same exact thing on his
TV show, bashing people to get his name out there!
We gotta get rid of him. It is time to do research on Channell 18 Public Access for their contact info. I’m googling
that info up right now.
I believe I found what I’m looking for. Since Public Access is owned by Time Warner Cable in New York, I just go
to the Time Warner Cable website and go to the Channel 18 section. I’ll go from there.
Well, I guess I can’t find any contact info for Public Access Channel 18 Time Warner Cable, I guess that company
is scared of complaints, LOL!!!
If anyone out there knows their regular mailing adress, I’ll write them a letter by regular mail if I can’t
find an e-mail to write them, that be great if people can help me out.
By the way, I don’t plan to shut down “The Unreal Variety Show” in Albany and Schenectady. I plan to
shut down “The Unreal Variety Show” everywhere that’s aired in the United States. The show is also aired
in Hollywood, California, New York City, etc. I’m just doing one city at a time.
If this doesn’t work by contacting them directily to request them to stop airing the show, if they ignore my request,
then I’ll fight back by hiring lawyers, indeed.

Are you reading my mind?! I was thinking the exact same thing. It seems like this Rayford guy is a gigantic hypocrite who
doesn’t practice what he preaches. It’s like he can dish it out but can’t take it.
This weekend I will be moving “The Unreal Variety Show” petition to a different website, I don’t like
petitiononline.com to be honest. Once I move the petition to a different website, I will have the staff at petitiononline.com
to delete my petition for good and it will move to a better website.
Reasons I don’t like petitiononline: 1) When you post signatures/comments it seems it’s left there permanent.
It won’t let you delete signatures to take off the flames, anonymous attacks 2) Posting signatures only seem to work
when it wants to, bad server. 3) You can’t log in to edit things, change things around, etc.
The anonymous out there seems to enjoy following me everywhere, I know who those people are behind those anonymous names,
I won’t name names here but I do know who they are, they aren’t fooling anybody.
If I must ask why do people hide behind an anonymous name? Because they are all cowards, it’s just as simple as that.
They are afraid to say things upfront so they don’t reveal their identity. Notice when people post comments in my blog,
most everyone here are NOT posting anonymously. That’s what I want to see, people being upfront with things. Anonymous
is for pussies.
Being anonymous is a huge waste of time and you have way too much time on your hands to register under “too many
screen names” as much as possible just to try and torment one person on a computer. I mean, come on, you must have a
pathetic life to do something like that.
When I bring the petition to a different website, I will find a place where I can view “signatures/comments”
first before posting them publicily and moderating them. Rayford’s fans and supporters are not allowed. Only the people
who hate Rayford Faulkner just as much as I do are allowed to sign the petition. That’s why I get anonymous attacks,
it’s their way of defending Rayford Faulkner. Defend your so called “hero” all you want. That is not stopping
me from bringing him down.
Speaking of the “Unreal Variety Show”, I watched last Thursday’s new episode, and I was surprised.
Rayford Faulkner was actually a good little boy this time around. I was actually entertained by that one episode. He didn’t
bash anyone, he didn’t bash me or anyone else at all on last Thursday new episode.
He was just promoting the “Altamont Orchard Haunted Houses” that he’s going to participate in, he’s
actually going to be in the Haunted House thing, he’s going to play a werewolf there. He was actually hired for that
job and I can see why they would want him, since Rayford is an ugly looking dude, lol. Because he looks like a wereworlf when
he’s not wearing a costume.
This is what I want to see Rayford Faulkner doing. Doing positive things such as this. He doesn’t need to be bashing
people on public TV. If he smartens up and have a change of heart in things, maybe I’ll start taking the man seriously
again. Rayford Faulkner can be a good man “only”, just “only” when he wants to be. I like it when
Rayford does good and positive things on his show, but when he goes in a hateful negative rage against people, no thanks.
That’s what I don’t want on my cable television.
It is a fact that he is no “legend” because in the Capital District area, there is no such thing as being a
“legend” or a “star”. One day, Rayford is going to learn that too.

Too bad about that petition man, I was going to sign it myself but then I saw all of the comments from the jackasses. Only
the first three seemed real, and I know that Joe Allen guy from the channel 9 news, a fine upstanding politician from a city
in Schenectady, so it’s good news that you got him on your side at least. Maybe when you get that next petition up you
can get him on your side for reals.
The people that are real in there are: 1, 2, 3, 13 (Brandon Davis is real, a real celebrity who is a fan of my blog, Brandon
“Greasy Bear” Davis, TMZ/Girls Gone Wild famed), 14, 15. The rest of ‘em are all fake.
I don’t think that’s really Mike Guzzo of CRUMBS posted in there, I believe someone is pretending to be him
just to mess with my head. If Guzzo really wanted me at the Linda for a CRUMBS series, he would’ve e-mailed me asking
me directily, not posting on a public forum.
I didn’t know Joe Allen was from Channel 9 News, that’s cool.

Joe Allen isn’t from Channel 9, I just seen him on there being interviewed about some Canadian guy getting shot in
Schenectady or something. He’s a councilman or clerk or shoe shine or something in the Schenectady town hall. But he
knows the mayor, so it’s good to have him on your side if you want to take this Rayford jackass down. I googled his email for you if you want to contact him, it’s cityclk1@nycap.rr.com. Most people in Schenectady call him by his nickname, which is Uncle Tom.
Whoops, I must of misread your post then. The Jerry Jennings post in the petition is fake obviously, but the Joseph Allen
signing definitely seems real and legit. I mean, the grammar and spelling sounds like an actual politician and intelligent
enough to be real. I’m sure it is really him.
I mean, Joseph Allen mentioned he’s taking offense of this TV show for the NAACP which he is President of. And he
also said he wants those TV stations “sanctioned” which means punishment. So he seems serious of going after Channel
16/18 himself.
If Joe is already taking action on the Legend and those two TV channels, my mission would be accomplished. Joe Allen is
always welcome to post here in the blog as well if he has the time.
I just sent Joseph Allen an e-mail with the address that you gave me. Hopefully this is the same Joe Allen that signed
into my petition. If I get a reply if it’s him or not, I will confirm it. The guy is not just a local councilman in
Schenectady, he is also a big time activist and protester doing google research on him.
If he replies and if it indeed really is him, I’ll talk to him about working with him to do something about Rayford
and Channel 16 and 18. He might be just the perfect guy to get my mission accomplished.
My mission is to get rid of Rayford and “The Unreal Variety Show” for good and forever, it seems that Joseph
Allen wants the same thing. Hope I hear a response from Mr. Allen soon and I’ll let you know.

Rayford thinks he can hide behind freedom of speech. I’m all for Freedom of Speech and the 1st amendment, ’cause that’s what I’m about too.
But there are still rights and wrongs when speaking your mind on things. Rayford clearly never got a high school education, he either never went to school or dropped out. He is definitely uneducated about the libel, slander, defamation, and harrasment laws in America.

What I find pathetic is people out there defending Rayford’s Freedom of Speech and many people out there says I can’t have mine. If Rayford thinks he has the right to say whatever he pleases like bash me or other people, that also gives me the freedom to call in on on his actions and not let him get away with this.
You’re the same guy that was kinda thrilled that I learned the rights and wrongs of “free speech”, now you’re saying Rayford has the right to harrass and verbal abuse people all he pleases.
Well Rayford is going to learn that he can’t hide behind Freedom of Speech. People don’t like me trying to take down “The Unreal Variety Show”? I don’t care.
It maybe a free country, but there are still laws you need to learn when speaking your mind. Rayford breaks a lot of them and Channel16/18 breaks the laws by airing that shit.
You should teach Rayford Faulkner that Freedom of Speech is a two way street. He says he’s all about the constitutional system that he thinks he has the right to say what he wants, yet he gets pissed when people call him on his bullying. He’s pretty much the one trying to censore other people’s freedom of speech.

Yep, I tried to debate things with him, and clear the air with things, but he just doesn’t stop no matter how long I act like he never existed, no matter if I try to be nice and friendly to him, he’ll always have this obsessive hatred. He’s always going to be talking trash about me ’til the day he dies probably. If he wants to entertain his fans with the Unreal Variety Show, he doesn’t realize he’s turning his show into a “Lets Hate Brock” show.
People can hate me or think what they want about me, that’s fine, but when people bring the hate publicily in a public TV station or a newspaper, that gives me the right to force action.
Look at all these celebrities getting sued and getting their careers killed ’cause they think they can hide behind freedom of speech and get away with it. When someone is publicily giving you a bad name, you have the right to force action.
